If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will handle the affected order in accordance with applicable law, including any applicable consumer rights. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other payment methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the payment method you select for the transaction.

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that payment has been successfully settled or that the order has been finally accepted. We will communicate any material payment or order issue and arrange any required refund in accordance with applicable law.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms. We may send an automated acknowledgement when we receive your order.

Order acceptance and fulfilment are subject to payment verification, product availability, delivery feasibility, fraud-prevention checks, and applicable legal requirements. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for the unfulfilled order as required by law.

We may decline or cancel an order only on lawful and appropriate grounds, such as a genuine stock issue, a suspected fraudulent transaction, an uncorrectable technical error, or a legal restriction. We will not unlawfully refuse service or avoid consumer obligations.

If an order is cancelled after payment, any refund due will be processed through the original payment method or another lawful method agreed with you, subject to payment-provider procedures and applicable law.

We deliver to the locations shown as serviceable at checkout. Delivery estimates, available shipping methods, shipping charges, and order-processing times are described in our Shipping Policy or displayed during checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, courier disruptions, operational issues, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays.

Our Shipping Policy forms part of these Terms. Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available under applicable law for non-delivery or delayed delivery.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, time limits, return procedures, exchange options, and refund processing.

We may require proof of purchase and relevant photographs or information to investigate a reported issue. Such requirements will be reasonable and will not unlawfully prevent you from exercising your consumer rights.

Products that are defective, damaged, unsafe, counterfeit, or materially different from their description will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Any listed non-returnable categories remain subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable exceptions.

This section does not remove refund or other obligations that remain applicable under law.

Changes will apply as permitted by law. Any rights already accrued or obligations applicable to an existing order will be treated in accordance with applicable law.
